Anxious pets, especially cats, are also a concern that our pet groomer is adept at handling. When a pet experiences anxiety during a grooming visit, we are able to offer anesthetized grooming to ensure that your pet is comfortable, relaxed, and stress-free during their visit.

Scheduling a Pet Grooming Visit

Grooming visits can be scheduled with Candus on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday each week, with drop off times between 7am and 9am. Please contact Candus at our West Hartford animal hospital location at (860) 233-8564 ext. 218 and leave a message. Calls are returned within 24-48 hours. Please note that during peak grooming seasons, a 3-week waiting period is common, so please plan accordingly!
